Expansion of scaffolding activities in Northern Europe

XERVON’s position in the scaffolding sector in Scandinavia has been further strengthened thanks to a number of acquisitions. As part of an asset deal, the company took over the business activities of Mesa SA, a Norwegian scaffolding business that is one of the leading specialists in the Oslofjord region. Moreover, two further companies – IBS Byggnadsställningar AB and Optimal Byggställning i Dalarna AB – have joined the XERVON Group as part of an asset deal this year to help it meet the growing demand in Sweden. While IBS primarily operates in the south of Sweden, Optimal will help the Group to expand its activities in the north of the country.

Just like XERVON, Mesa, IBS and Optimal deliver their services to industry and the construction sector. Another similarity is their strong focus on quality, safety and customer orientation. The compatible strategic set-up will not only ensure that the integration processes will run smoothly – it will also pave the way for the company’s portfolio to be further extended and made fit for the future.
