BASF Colors & Effects partners with XERVON
Going above and beyond
BASF Colors & Effects GmbH has commissioned XERVON Instandhaltung to deliver a comprehensive range of services at its main production plant in Ludwigshafen. The new service agreement sees XERVON in charge of planning, managing, implementing, monitoring and approving all maintenance, servicing and repair work. XERVON Instandhaltung will be performing all operational tasks in the areas of machinery, plant and welding technology as well as electrical, measuring and control technology itself. It will act as general contractor for additional services such as industrial cleaning, scaffolding, insulation and surface technology. One particular advantage here is XERVON Instandhaltung’s ability to access the portfolios of its sister companies which specialise in such areas. The five-year service agreement began at the beginning of September. BASF Colors & Effects is one of the leading manufacturers of colorants and effect pigments for the coatings, plastics, printing, cosmetics and agriculture markets.
